一、 问卷调查目的
I. Purpose of Survey
(一) 通过调查,了解员工对公司发展、制度规章、工作环境、工作内容、职业发展等方面的真实想法和宝贵建议,为公司改革发展提供决策依据;
(I) To investigate the real ideas and valuable suggestions of employees regarding the Company’s development, systems, regulations, work environment, work contents, career development and other aspects, so as to provide decision-making basis for the reform and development of the Company;
(二) 通过建立常态化的调查机制,提供员工表达心声的渠道,定期关注员工的诉求,搭建公司与员工沟通交流的互动平台。
(II) To provide channels for employees to express their wishes through the establishment of a regular investigation mechanism, pay attention to the demands of employees, and build an interactive platform for communication and exchanges between the Company and employees.
二、 问卷设计思路
II. Design Ideas of Questionnaire
员工满意度调查模型主要围绕5个一级维度和16个二级维度设计,具体如下:
The employee satisfaction questionnaire model is mainly designed with 5 primary dimensions and 16 secondary dimensions, as shown below:
(一)中航安盟整体(企业文化及战略、企业经营竞争力、企业发展前景等);
(I) Whole Company (corporate culture and strategy, corporateoperation competitiveness, corporate development prospects, etc.);
(二)组织环境(办公设备、业务流程顺畅、信息开放度);
(II) WorkingEnvironment (office equipment, business process smoothness, and information openness);
(三)工作本身(工作胜任度、工作挑战性、工作完整性、工作独立、喜好);
(III) Work (competence, challenge, integrity, independence and preference);
(四)工作关系(合作和谐度、直接上级、团体活动);
(IV) Working Relationship (cooperation harmony, line managers, and group activities);
(五)工作回报(工作认可度、事业成就感、薪酬公平感、晋升机会、培训教育、福利、奖励)。
(V) Work Returns (work acceptance rate, perception of career achievement, perception of payfairness, promotion opportunities, training, education, welfare, and awards).
三、 问卷调查方式与实施
III. Method and Implementation of Questionnaire
调查方式主要采取线上结构化、非结构化问卷方式开展,由总公司全体员工(不包括公司高管)通过指定网址进入网页匿名填写,在规定的时间内提交。
The investigation methods are mainly online structured and unstructured questionnaires; all employees of the Head Office (excluding senior executives) shall fill in the questionnaires anonymously on the specified website and submit them within the specified time.
人力资源部负责方案的设计、落实和结果的分析,最终形成调查报告。
The Human Resources Department is responsible for scheme design, implementation and result analysis, and final preparation of an investigation report.
