 Dear Branley Associates

为了帮助酒店分析及改进对员工提供的服务,请据实回答下述问题。酒店的所有管理层人员非常愿意听到你们的反馈,总经理会依据意见调查的结果采取改进行动。本次意见调查属不记名调查,并且所有的反馈意见都将是保密的。我们衷心希望您参与意见调查。

To help us analyze and improve our services to you, please answer the questions honestly. All hotel leaders will be very interested to hear your feedback, hotel GM will concern improve action during all result of this survey. This is a bearer survey, not required to put your name, all feedback to be confidential.
